"I booked this service from the States several months prior to our cruise-the cruise ended in Dover and we needed to get to Heathrow. There were 7 in our party with a ton of luggage. The van was comfortable and amazingly fit all of us and our luggage. Although I had booked for 9:00 a.m. (not knowing for sure how long it would take to disembark), the driver, knowing that the ship arrived at 7:00 and not wanting us to wait around for him, arrived early. This was especially appreciated since we were off the ship by 8:00 a.m. and he was waiting for us! No problem in reaching Heathrow in plenty of time for our 2:00 pm flight. Thanks! " ---- Lynne Mallya
