"We used this service both from hotel in London to Dover and then Dover to Gatwick. Our ship the legend arrived 1 hr and 45 minutes late. We were one of the first people off with a flight at 9:50 out of Gatwick. Our driver was waiting for us. Hw had been there since 5 am we disembarked by 650 am. We were on the road and on the way to the airport with hopes of not missing our flight. He drove safely and swiftly and then hit traffic around Gatwick. He got us there in about 1 hr and 40 min. by the time we made it to our transport area the gate had closes 7 min prior but one agent had not logged off to they took us. Thanks so much for helping us make our flight. Every time we have used freddom airport service they were there on time. one suggestion would be for the driver to check the lobby of the hotel first before phoning Canada at 3:30am to find out where we were. He did not identify himself at the hotel and we had to go out and ask if he was our ride as he was waiting in his car. Otherwise amzaing service and will use them again when we return to London in the future " ---- Lynda Firth
